This is the rice we grow for home! An indigenous local rice variety that grows in the monsoon like a millet grain without the need of standing water. Nutritionally dense and rich in iron. Not fully polished, so its easily digestible, while nourishing you with some bran. Cook with 1 rice : 2 water proportion.
