Tetragonia tetragonioides. A trailing perennial habit plant that forms a mat of triangular soft fleshy foliage, succulent leaves, and stem tips that you can harvest throughout the season. Not true spinach but a great way to have greens in summer due to its heat-loving nature. Inherent low germ rate.
