SHIPPING POLICY
We use India Post for all our shipments. Speed Post service is used for lighter seeds-only shipments, and Parcel service is used for shipments above 500g.

India Post is the most viable option for us given our rural location. Most shipments across India take 5-7 business days. Estimated time until shipping (amount of time between when you place your order and when it is shipped) is usually 3 to 5 business days, though it is our goal to ship orders within 48 hours. We will notify you about any further delay in case the farmers are traveling or away during the holiday season. Therefore please allow reasonable time for your order to arrive.

  • 0-1kg – Rs.50 (Flat Rate for all Seed orders)
  • 1.1 – 2kg – Rs.100
  • 2.1 – 3kg – Rs.150
  • 3.1 – 4kg – Rs.200
  • 4.1 – 5kg – Rs.250
  • 5.1 – 6kg – Rs.300
  • 6.1 – 7kg – Rs.350
  • 7.1 – 8kg – Rs.400
  • 8.1 – 9kg – Rs.450
  • 9.1 – 10kg – Rs.500
  • and so on…


RETURN POLICY

We do not accept any returns of our products in the Farm Store. We will replace or refund for items only if we sent you the wrong item, or the packet is completely damaged in postal transit. Photo proof in a timely manner is required in this situation.

Groceries and Dried Herbs have the shelf life of what is mentioned in the packet. How fresh it stays depends on how you store it. The ground rule is to store them in a cool, dry place.

Seeds:
We will replace or refund seed packets only if the following conditions are NOT met:
• Seed packets will arrive intact with no damage and the correct varieties of seeds are sent in the package.
• Seeds are expected to germinate at reasonable rates – check germination information before purchase. (Refunds will only be processed if there is a complete sudden crop failure across several orders. Individual germination complaints will not be accepted. Seeds need to be stored in a cool dry place. Humid and bright light conditions reduce the overall viability.)
• Seeds are also guaranteed to grow true to type as declared on the website.
We are in no way responsible for crop failures, local germination issues, pests & disease, floods, drought, and acts of God.

The Yarroway Farm website does not record any personal information during your visit to our site. We do not sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers with third parties. We only collect information that is provided by the customer for the online purchase of goods and services. We collect this information only when you place an order. We log your IP address, which is used for customer support, system administration and problem solving on the website. We also allow the customer to create an online profile using email and password, where customers can track orders and maintain billing and shipping information.
