Refund policy

We do not accept any returns of our products in the Farm Store. We will replace or refund for items only if we sent you the wrong item, or the packet is completely damaged in postal transit. Photo proof in a timely manner is required in this situation.

Coffee, Pantry Staples and Herbs have the shelf life of what is mentioned in the packet. How fresh it stays depends on how you store it. The ground rule is to store them in a cool, dry place.

Organic Seeds:

We are in no way responsible for crop failures, local germination issues, pests & disease, floods, drought, and acts of God. Seeds are tested every three months, and expected to germinate at reasonable rates as mentioned on the packets. Individual germination complaints will not be accepted. Humid and bright light conditions reduce the overall viability. We do not coat our seeds in poison to improve their viability or susceptibility to pests. So the responsibility to take care of them in shared. Seeds need to be stored in a cool dry place or freezer to extend their life. 

We will replace or refund seed packets only in these 5 scenarios if we are notified within 10 days of receiving the package - 

  1. Seed packets have been damaged in postal transit
  2. Bugs or insects in seeds (within 14 days of arrival)
  3. Missing seed packets
  4. Wrong varieties of seeds have been sent
  5. Plants grown from our seeds are not growing true to type (within 3 months)
