Light Green Sponge Gourd

This gourd variant is as sweet tasting as a ridge gourd. With the right support, the vines produce vibrant yellow blooms and light green fruits that grow up to 2' long. The smaller, younger fruits are used for cooking, and the mature fruits can be left on the vine to make your own luffa scrub.
