Introducing our first coffee from Nugu Valley!

As the name suggests, these plants are of the Chandragiri variety, a resilient variety of arabica that has found its place in our scrubland jungles, and in our hearts. Grown in high iron, rocky, and largely drier climes than is normal coffee growing terrain, this dense, unique coffee speaks of lightness, and breeze, with undertones of stone fruits and floral notes of caramel and chocolate bursting through in different stages. Washed and fermented just enough so as to release the right amount of enzymes to process the fruitiness to something palatable. We roast this coffee medium, so as to best express the characteristics and flavours of these beans. A hugely versatile coffee, can be enjoyed any way you please, from French press to Espresso, with or without milk and sweeteners.
