Cherokee White Eagle Dent Corn

A rare and very exotic dent corn with blue and white kernels. Occasional ears can be solid blue and the kernels are said to have eagle-like mark. Makes superb corn meal or can be roasted young – has all the nuanced flavors of ancient blue corn. First variety deposited in the Cherokee Nation Seed Bank.
