Chukka/Ambat Chuka Greens

Rumex vesicarius. Bladder dock. Nutritious arrow shaped leaves are high in oxalic acid and have a lemony tart flavor, best eaten cooked. They produce beautiful pink flowers and seed pods that can be used as ornamentals. The plants grow well in tough-terrain soils and are very hardy. Comfort food.
