A vine plant, that can produce 5-6 fruits in a single cluster. Short round-shaped fruit need to be consumed when tender. They have thick skin ridges, and a spongy soft pulp inside. Ridge Gourds are a staple in Indian cuisine and a rich source of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
