Coure Di Bue Italian Tomato

Indeterminate. Its name is simply Italian for oxheart. Riviera selection. One of the tastiest saucing types with dense flesh and lustrous, orangey-red skin. These big tomatoes have a bottom-heavy shape reminiscent of a pouch with a gathered top. They measure 3½-4″ long and weigh just under 225g each.
