Green Hyacinth (Lab-lab) - Pole Bean

The common Indian bean, chikkudu, or avre. This climbing bean vine produces dense foliage and beautiful white flowers. The bean pods are flat, thick, curve shaped, 2-3″ long. Long season crop and self-sows easily. Do not consume raw or cook directly without boiling the pods in water first.
