An ancient heirloom flint corn. Was used by the Hopis to make ceremonial Piki Bread. Can be eaten as sweet corn when picked young; or dried and ground into wonderful blue cornmeal or hominy for making masa, tortillas and bread; or even fermented into corn beer.  5' bushy plants produce 8"-10" ears.
