A wholesome and nutritious sweetener, these chunks can be eaten as is, or added to sweets or desserts for a more candied texture.
Each chunk is appr 8-9gms and equates to 1tsp of jaggery powder.
You can use them just like sugar cubes with your coffee or tea!
Harvested and processed once a year in small batches from our sugarcane harvest. Limited availability in season.

I am ordering Jaggery powder (organic) from Yarroway farm for past 5 years. I am a tea (chai) lover & without jaggery from Yarroway farm, chai doesnt taste desi.
