Kasuri Methi - Fenugreek

Trigonella corniculata. Cultivated Fenugreek. This variety comes from the Kasoor region in Punjab where it grows wild. The seed size is much smaller in comparison and the crop is mainly grown for its greens. The fragrant dried leaves are used as a condiment for flavoring in various Indian recipes.
