Red Rat's Tail Radish

This very unique delicacy from Southeast Asia that produces tender, crisp, and stunning purple seed pods. You can have them chopped in salads, pickled or stir fried. Flavor is mildly spicy, pungent, with a texture that is crisp. Plants grow 24-30” tall with 5-6″ pods, pretty purple stems, and flowers.
