Tahiti Squash

An heirloom from Tahiti with a very long shelf life (9 months). It has the appearance of a large elongated butternut squash, with rich yellow-orange flesh. When cooked, the squash is fragrant, tender, and smooth with a nutty and very sweet flavor. Hardy and easy to grow, even in very hot summers.
