Tabasco Hot Pepper

Capsicum frutescens
From the Tabasco region of Mexico, this pepper is known as a key ingredient in the famous sauce. Citrus-like flavor with heat that comes on slow and builds to high intensity. 30-50k SHU. Almost perennial, the tall prolific plants produce 1″ yellow or orange fruits that mature to red.

NOTE: Chili/Pepper seeds do not survive more than a year. Please plant as soon as possible or freeze them till you want to plant them.
