Yuman Yellow - Sweet Corn

Yellow sweet kernels. Originally grown by the Yuman (Quechan) Indians. Adapted very well to the semi-arid Indian conditions and required full sun. Does well in the warmer months. Can grow to a height of 6-10′. Delicious raw in salads, grilled, or roasted.
